
Our Ultrasound Simulation
Software is designed to numerically compute using
a desktop PC the full solution to a wide range of viscoelastic
wave propagation problems. These packages can be used in non-destructive
testing, medical imaging, materials and biological tissue characterization,
as well as in geophysics and for transducer design. Full-featured
trial licenses are also available.

Our Ultrasound Bone Assessment
Devices incorporate next generation technology and
are designed to accurately and reproducibly measure bone mineral
density and other bone characteristics. Two devices are presently
under development and undergoing clinical testing, a forearm
bone scanner and a heel bone scanner. The forearm bone scanner,
the UltraScan™ 650, assesses
bone mass of the radius at the 1/3rd location, while the heel scanner,
the QRT® 250, assesses bone mass of the calcaneus at its
anterior portion. |
